It proved a considerable success with a total of 14 members coming as far afield as Bath in the North and Swanage in the South. Attendees (in no particular order) were: Ted Pratt, Reg James, Christopher Whitfeld, Charles Du Cane, Sandy Watson, Jeremy Ainslie, Bob Hill, Tim Lee, Michael Layard, Peter Roe, Erik Bjorkstrand, Rob Richards, Anthony Sainthill and Adrian Stow. As might have been expected, lot of catching up and happy chatter followed, and the time slipped by all too quickly.
Our next outing is scheduled (subject to reconfirmation) for either the 11th or 18th March at The Bell, Horden on the Hill, Essex, run by a “Fifties Group” O.P., John Vereker, and well known for its food.
