Two OPs play leading roles in MN Association ceremony.

Sir Garth Morrison (56-61), Lord Lieutenant of East Lothian, presented new colours to the East Lothian branch of the Merchant Navy Association April 10. By a great coincidence the standard bearer to whom Garth presented the colours was an OP - David Fisher (59-62). David has spent much of his life in New Zealand but recently returned to the UK and lives near North Berwick.
