OP Day 2011 is set for Saturday, November 26 at the College. All OPs will be most welcome.


The day will commence at 1030 hours with the AGM of the OP Society, to be held in the Gerres Room (NOT Yellow Room as previously stated) which is located in the current College Library, on the opposite side of the quadrangle to Drake. 

Apart from the normal business of the AGM, it is proposed that new Rules for the OP Society be adopted. The proposed new Rules have been posted on the OP website and have been written by a committee of the Society to reflect the new relationship between the OP Society, the Pangbourne Association and the College.

Following the AGM attendees are asked to make their own lunch arrangements in various local hostelries as per last year.

In the afternoon two College sports teams will be in action. It is hoped that OPs will turn out in force to support them.

The girls 1st X1 hockey team will be playing against Lord Wandsworth College on the all-weather pitch, starting at 1300 hours. The boys 1st XV rugby team will be taking on Merchant Taylors School on Bowden, starting at 1430 hours.

Later in the afternoon tea will be provided after the boys' match at about 1615 hours, probably in the Old Library.
